Looking for a Roommate!

I have a 2-bedroom apartment in the Marina and am looking to lease out one of the bedrooms. I'm going back to school in September, so you'd be living with my super cool roommate (more about him below). The apartment is exceptionally nice, and the location is great - 1 block from the bay, no hills (yes!), and just a skip away from the bars and restaurants (more details below).

I'm looking for a cool but creditworthy roommate to fill my shoes. If you know someone who fits the bill drop me a line.

• 2 bedrooms, same size: for both - great natural lighting, large windows, walk in closet
• Hardwood floors all around
• 1 bathroom
• Large living room
• Kitchen
  
• Laundry in building
• Parking: $300/month
• Rent: $1,350/month
• Utilities + Internet/TV: ~$70/month
  
• The lease expires in Dec. 2007, you'll have the option to renew.
  
• 1 block from the bay!!!
